Your warranty.
ÉCHELLE offers a one-year limited warranty. Warranty coverage is for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another owner.
If you have a concern about your watch, contact Magnus personally. He will review the issue, confirm whether it is covered and explain the next steps.
Repair shipping.
You will not be charged shipping for repairs covered by the warranty. Please contact Magnus to arrange the repair and shipping before sending your watch.

Natural dial materials have unique patterns, veining and color variations. Your dial will differ slightly from the images shown. Magnus can discuss the material and provide an accurate render of your agreed design before assembly.
